As a key player in our business, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations with a hands-on approach while maintaining exceptional levels of customer service. In this role, you will be expected to deliver superior food and beverage service to maximize customer satisfaction. Conducting daily pre-shift meetings with employees on preparation, guest profile, service, and menu served will be essential to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will appraise staff performance, provide feedback for improvement, organize and supervise shifts effectively, and lead the restaurant team towards success. The successful candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within standalone restaurant and lounge concepts.
