Conducting daily pre-shift meetings with employees on preparation, guest profile, service, and menu served will be essential to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will appraise staff performance, provide feedback for improvement, organize and supervise shifts effectively, and lead the restaurant team towards success. Your ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent grooming standards will be crucial in upholding our commitment to hospitality excellence.

The successful candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within standalone restaurant and lounge concepts. Strong organizational skills, the ability to meet financial targets, proficiency in French or Italian languages (preferred), as well as exceptional leadership qualities are highly valued for this role.
