As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, effective communication capabilities, a passion for customer service, and the capacity to manage a diverse team efficiently.

Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating restaurant staff; fostering a positive work environment; scheduling staff shifts for adequate coverage; ensuring exceptional guest experiences by upholding high service and food quality standards; promptly addressing customer complaints; monitoring feedback to implement improvements; overseeing daily operations including opening and closing procedures; ensuring compliance with health regulations and policies; managing inventory and controlling costs; conducting regular inspections for cleanliness standards; developing budgets, financial reports, and forecasts; monitoring operational costs for profitability maximization; implementing revenue-increasing strategies; assisting in marketing strategies development and execution to attract new customers.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership qualities along with organizational skills are essential. Excellent communication abilities are required alongside proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary. A high school diploma or equivalent is required with a degree in hospitality management or related field being advantageous.
