As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability. Strong leadership qualities along with organizational skills are essential. Excellent communication abilities are required alongside proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary. A high school diploma or equivalent is required with a degree in hospitality management or related field being advantageous.
