We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team and oversee restaurant operations in line with budgeted guidelines.
As a Restaurant Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant to ensure an excellent Guest and Member experience. This includes maintaining exceptional levels of customer service, recruiting, managing, training, and developing the restaurant team, as well as working within budgeted guidelines for food and payroll. You will also be accountable for driving sales to maximize revenue, developing menus in collaboration with the Food and Beverage team, and conducting monthly stock takes.
To excel in this role, you should possess management or supervisory experience in the Food and Beverage industry and demonstrate the ability to meet financial targets. You must have a strong commitment to complying with all Food and Beverage brand standards, work effectively under pressure, maintain excellent grooming standards, and be willing to develop both team members and yourself. Additionally, flexibility in responding to various work situations is crucial for success in this position.
