Human Resources Executive

As a Human Resources Executive at MCG Talent, you will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process from start to finish. This includes drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. You will also be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards. Supporting the performance management process by coordinating evaluations, providing training to managers on feedback techniques, and assisting with the development of performance improvement plans will be part of your daily responsibilities.

In addition to handling employee relations matters such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances with fairness and consistency, you will also administer employee benefits programs like health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Maintaining accurate HR files and records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies is essential. Furthermore, you will coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and promote career growth within our organization.
