In this role, you will work closely with the finance team at Burj Khalifa to manage financial operations effectively. Your responsibilities will include preparing and analyzing financial reports to provide insights into key metrics and performance indicators. You will also assist in budget development and monitoring, conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions, and ensure compliance with internal control procedures. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in month-end and year-end closing processes, as well as coordinating internal and external audits.
The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA would be advantageous. Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, auditing, and reporting is essential. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations is required along with proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are also key attributes for success in this role.
