Finance Business Partner

As the Finance Business Partner at Core42, your primary responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing financial information on costs and expenses, monitoring budget drivers, validating invoices, and preparing detailed analyses for management review. You will also be responsible for conducting variance analyses, developing financial reports and dashboards, and tracking monthly volumes to assess the financial impact of any delays in transformation. Additionally, you will work closely with business heads to effectively meet budget objectives and present annual budgets to senior management.

To excel in this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent, with a CFA/CA certification being a plus. A minimum of 10 years of experience in progressively senior financial roles is required along with experience interacting with auditors and representatives from financial institutions. Strong analytical skills, exceptional negotiation skills, and outstanding communication abilities are essential for success in this position.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in progressively senior financial roles

• Experience interacting with external/internal auditors and representatives of national/international financial institutions
