As the Deputy Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project management plan, including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk management, project human resources, and project closeout. You will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating the day-to-day management of construction projects while planning and organizing resources in advance to ensure efficient project execution. Key Job Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in project management
  • Experience managing large-scale construction projects
  • Previous experience in overseeing project scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, and risk
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction project management principles
