With over 1400 fashion & beauty brands available on our platform, including Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Nike, and more, we aim to provide customers with the latest trends through a seamless online and offline shopping experience. Recently launching the GCC’s first phygital store at Dubai Hills Mall, we are dedicated to innovation and customer satisfaction.

As the Key Account Manager (Footwear), your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow the footwear category by fostering strong relationships with brands, suppliers, and stakeholders. You will oversee sales performance, inventory planning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to ensure category profitability and business expansion. By developing strategic plans based on consumer trends and market insights, you will drive category sales while maximizing revenue through optimized product listings and accurate brand representation.

Collaboration is key in this role as you work closely with merchandising teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations. Coordination with warehouse and logistics teams will ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery performance while managing product margins alongside finance and operations. Additionally, you will plan and execute category-specific marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility through digital marketing channels.

To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields with at least 3 years of experience in category management or key account management within e-commerce operations. Proficiency in data analytics tools along with excellent negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
