Regional Medical Manager (Ankara & Izmir)

Trispera Pharma Solutions is a medical affairs and distributorship company in Turkey, specializing in rare diseases. As a young and dynamic start-up, we prioritize ethical business practices and development-oriented collaboration. We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Manager, either an MD or pharmacist, to join our team in Istanbul.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring consistent communication and outreach to external stakeholders. This role involves being a trusted scientific partner by engaging in timely scientific exchanges to enhance understanding of the medical value of our research. Field duties will require 3-4 days per week, focusing on building peer-to-peer relationships with relevant HCPs.

Responsibilities also include interacting with disease experts and the medical community to provide up-to-date medical information, supporting clinical trial execution, identifying referral sites for trials, developing scientific communication plans, reviewing scientific materials for compliance, and communicating the medical value of our assets effectively both within and outside the company.

Qualified candidates should have graduated from a Faculty of Medicine or Pharmacy, possess at least 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience (preferably in rare diseases), expertise in endocrinology, metabolism, oncology or hematology fields, advanced English skills, proficiency in Turkish grammar, strong communication skills, adaptability to flexible working hours, residency in Ankara or Izmir (or willingness to relocate), and completion of military service for male candidates.
