Project Director

As the Project Director, you will serve as the primary Client and Company Representative for hotel project development from inception to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the project, including master planning, architecture, interior design, MEP engineering, and coordination with specialist consultants such as spa and F&B experts. Your role will involve leading coordination efforts between our in-house design teams and external consultants appointed by the client. This includes working closely with internationally renowned hotel architects, interior designers, and hospitality specialists to ensure the successful execution of each project.

In addition to managing all aspects of project execution, you will be tasked with developing and enforcing the Hotel Project Execution Plan. This plan will encompass Health & Safety protocols, QA/QC frameworks, stakeholder communication strategies, and other essential elements necessary for the successful delivery of high-quality projects. Your attention to detail and commitment to operational efficiency will be crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with design intent while meeting luxury service expectations.

• 10+ years of experience in hotel project development
• Experience managing international design teams
• Experience overseeing luxury hotel projects
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Strong understanding of hotel design and construction standards
