Communications Specialist

Innova Solutions, a global technology and business transformation solutions provider, is currently seeking a Communication Specialist to join their client's real estate business in Newark, NJ. This role will involve working closely with US and global leadership to enhance the visibility of senior leaders and portfolio managers, manage property transaction communications, offer crisis management support, executive positioning guidance, and oversee social/digital communication activities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in elevating the profile of one of the largest real estate investors globally.

As a Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing the US regional communication strategy for Client Real Estate while fostering stakeholder relationships across functional areas to align communications with business goals. Additionally, you will lead external communications planning and media campaign management, collaborate with regional communication teams to execute strategies in priority markets, manage relationships with PR agencies, leverage trends to inform narratives, engage with traditional and non-traditional media outlets, handle issues response and crisis communications when necessary. Furthermore, you will serve as a spokesperson for the client and track key metrics to demonstrate communication's value in supporting business objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in any field along with at least 8 years of corporate or agency communications experience; asset management or financial services experience is required. Strong project management skills are essential alongside impeccable writing abilities and news judgment. Candidates who can bring real estate investment knowledge or financial market expertise are highly preferred.
