Honeywell, a global leader in technology and innovation, is seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to lead a team of over 1500 Project Engineering professionals within the Projects & Automation Solutions (PAS) Business. Our mission is to design and implement cutting-edge solutions for our customers while upholding the highest standards of safety and efficiency. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can collaborate effectively with various teams and drive strategic vision in new verticals and growth segments.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in project engineering, engineering management, and/or R&D. Additionally, at least 5 years of supervisory experience leading professionals is required. A Master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline, as well as an MBA, is preferred. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of delivering projects effectively, managing teams efficiently, and ensuring performance commitments are met.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and team leadership for various engineering activities. You will lead efforts to enhance engineering efficiency & productivity through digitization initiatives and capability transformations. Traveling up to 25% of the time may be required. You will also oversee the development and implementation of engineering standards globally, evaluate project execution plans, contracting strategies, and ensure rigorous scoping processes are utilized for robust project execution.
