We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor specializing in Storm Water Drainage for a Water Infrastructure Project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Quantity Surveying and hold professional qualifications such as MRICS. With a minimum of 10 years of experience, you will be proficient in all aspects of quantity surveying, including cost planning, quantity take-off, bill of quantities preparation in CESMM format, estimating, tender and contract document production, report writing, claim evaluation/negotiation, post-contract administration, valuation of variations, agreement of new rates, Taking Over Certificates, and Defects Liability Certificates related to infrastructure works.
