We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic decision-making, financial planning, and analysis, preferably in a high-growth fintech company. As the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various financial functions, including project management, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, key performance indicator management, cross-functional collaboration, and risk management.

In this role, you will lead the development of strategic financial plans for the logistics and supply chain industry while conducting comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for implementing cost accounting practices to accurately track costs associated with operations. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders to provide insights that support strategic decision-making and assess financial risks in operations.

If you have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (a Master's degree or CPA is preferred), advanced financial modeling skills, and experience managing an FP&A function, we encourage you to apply for this position.
