As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant within our hospitality establishment. Reporting directly to the F&B Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and achieving financial targets. Your duties will include overseeing staffing, scheduling, compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, managing inventory levels efficiently, recruiting and training staff, conducting performance evaluations, fostering a positive work environment, handling guest inquiries professionally, collaborating with marketing teams on promotions and sales strategies, monitoring financial performance, building positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and staying informed about industry developments.
To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Management or related field along with at least 4 years of relevant experience including management experience.
