As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, you will oversee venue operations to ensure high standards of quality and service are consistently met. Your responsibilities will include managing food and beverage service in line with hotel and Hilton brand standards, controlling customer flow during service, maximizing sales opportunities, maintaining brand standards, handling customer inquiries professionally, accurately managing transactions, and overseeing Team Member schedules and stock levels.
