As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overall accounting in accordance with GAAP and Company Policies, financial reporting, and financial process development. You will lead the Abu Dhabi & Qatar Finance Team and assist in developing their strengths to leverage individual and organizational contributions. Your role will involve directing the preparation of all related Statutory Accounts Packs, annual Taxation Packs, as well as contributing proactively to financial performance improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will prepare financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for Business Units and Group while supporting digital Transformation projects such as Onedata project and 4 Pillars financial automation.
To excel in this role, you must possess strong financial acumen with experience applying appropriate financial tools to make decisions and solve problems. You should have leadership skills that enable you to communicate effectively with your team members while maintaining a commercial focus centered on the Business Vision. A suitable Professional Accountancy Qualification is required for this position.
