Reporting the CEO, the HR Manager is responsible for the management of a highly effective HR department whilst ensuring compliance to corporate policies and procedures as well as relevant laws
Requirements
TALENT ACQUISITION:
Develop, implement and manage a centralized recruiting process based on attracting best talents
Assist line managers in hiring according to their annual recruitment plan including the development of Job descriptions and KPI’s as well as the posting of job advertisements
Liaise with relevant line managers throughout the year to ensure the recruitment is initiated and conducted in a timely manner
Plan the sourcing of candidates in the most cost-effective way and manage the selection process for vacancies
Ensure the selection process for each vacancy meets the job competencies criteria
Screen, interview and shortlist key candidates
Assist line managers in the final hiring process
Ensure the on boarding and the induction of all new starters runs smoothly and effectively
LEARNING AND TALENT MANAGEMENT (attraction, development, and retention):
Develop training plans
Identify talents and develop succession plan across each department to ensure business continuity
Maintain performance management processes and ensure all line managers are adequately trained
Compensation And Benefits
Prepare and monitor HR Budget – Workforce planning
Develop and implement internal salary grids in line with market research
Conduct research regarding employment issues, benefits and employee’s compensation
Develop incentives program & team building activities
CSR & WELFARE
Implement and develop a CSR program
Accountable to lead all CSR activity and campaigns
Builds relationships and focuses on expanding high-impact external CSR
Responsible of the workers welfare and requirements compliance
HR ADMINISTRATION:
Implement new methods to improve the team’s efficiency.
Ensure that policies and procedures are updated on a regular basis and implemented in the respective business units to ensure legal compliance and consistency
Follow up holidays planning for the whole year for all staff
Monitor the staff and workers payroll ensured by the HR coordinator
Maintain compliance with employment related laws and regulations
Maintain all employee files and demonstrate “best practices’ in regard to personnel information management
HR DEPARTMENT:
Develop and implement new HR projects
Manage the HR Team and conduct appraisals
Develop the HR strategy. Make sure it is aligned with corporate objectives
Provide HR support to Managers in order to address strategic and operational employee issues and be involved in key situations
Create a culture of open communication between all employees and act as an ambassador for the organization's vision, mission and values in order to sustain an enjoyable working environment

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
6 - 7 Years as an HR Manager
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems (HRMS/ATS etc…)
Proficiency in English (French & Arabic would be a plus)
