Edari, a prominent financial services firm in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking a skilled FP&A and Budgeting Manager to join our team. Our client, a leading semi-governmental company in Dubai, has recently expanded through acquisitions, necessitating expert oversight in financial analysis and reporting. As the FP&A and Budgeting Manager, you will play a crucial role in budgeting and consolidation processes for this new entity.

In this contract role with an initial duration of 3 months (extendable), we are looking for a candidate with substantial experience in FP&A, budgeting, accounting, and reporting within the real estate sector. Your responsibilities will include retrieving financial data from various sources, consolidating data into Excel spreadsheets for analysis, identifying trends and opportunities, preparing reports for management review, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather insights for decision-making will be essential as you streamline data collection processes to enhance efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field along with at least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis. Proficiency in Excel including advanced functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUP is required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication of financial information to non-financial stakeholders are crucial attributes. Experience working with ERP systems would be advantageous while prior exposure to the Real Estate industry is necessary.
