We are hiring a Sr. HR Executive (Training & Development) cum KPI specialist.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conducting soft skills training sessions for employees
- Setting up Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the organization
- Designing and implementing continuous training and development programs
- Delivering presentations on various HR topics to a large number of employees, including workers
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Holding a UAE driver's license
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the Human Resources field within the UAE
- Certified soft skills trainer
