Job Purpose:


Join our dynamic real estate team as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) where you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. As the HRBP, you will be the key link between the employees and management, fostering a positive work environment and driving HR initiatives that support the growth and success of our real estate ventures.


Key Responsibilities:


Performance Management:
Develop and implement effective performance management processes to drive employee productivity and growth.
Work closely with leaders to set performance expectations, provide feedback, and address performance issues.
Employee Relations:
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a harmonious workplace.
Conduct investigations into employee relations issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Talent Management:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs, participate in recruitment processes, and contribute to workforce planning.
Implement strategies for talent development, succession planning, and employee retention.
Employee Grievances:
Manage employee grievances effectively, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
HR Strategy and Implementation:
Work closely with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Drive change management initiatives and support organizational development efforts.
Collaboration and Communication:
Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing HR support.
Communicate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure a transparent and informed workforce.

Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proven experience in performance management, employee relations, talent management, and handling employee grievances.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Experience with HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
