Charterhouse is working with a leading Fintech company, who is looking to hire a Business Development Director to lead the business development initiatives and enhance the strategic position of the company within the crypto and blockchain industry.
The Business Development Director will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and expanding our client’s market presence by leveraging key partnership initiatives across the crypto and blockchain industry.
The role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities geared towards enhancing the market presence of the company, from identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through market research and targeted outreach to fostering strategic partnerships. The role will also include staying informed about the evolving regulatory landscape within the crypto and blockchain space and conducting thorough market research to identify opportunities and potential risks.
To ensure a seamless execution of business development initiatives, the role will require cross-collaboration across departments while also mentoring a high-performing business development team to achieve collective goals. This role will be responsible for effectively communicating the company’s value proposition as the face and voice of the company to bolster the brand image.
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain industry, coupled with a proven track record of business development within the fintech ecosystem. With a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field, the candidate should demonstrate leadership experience with leading and developing high performing teams.
