We are currently seeking a talented Group Reporting Manager - Finance to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As the Group Reporting Manager, you will play a crucial role in producing accurate and timely group management accounts and consolidated financial statements. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual external reporting packages, including financial statements, MD&A, and investor presentations. Additionally, you will maintain and improve reporting systems such as GL and consolidation tools to ensure compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will also oversee technical accounting and compliance matters by developing, implementing, and updating group accounting policies in line with IFRS and local standards. You will be responsible for managing Zakat and Tax calculations at the group level, including corporate income tax, value-added tax, and withholding tax. Ensuring adherence to statutory requirements, corporate governance practices, and timely filing of financial information will be essential aspects of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will coordinate external audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing audit recommendations.
