**Role Summary:**
As the Finance Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial stability and growth of the company. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will serve as a trusted business partner, contributing valuable insights to drive strategic business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to take ownership of the finance function, establishing efficient processes and procedures that enhance overall performance and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's stability and expansion.
- Provide financial leadership to the executive team while aligning financial goals with overall business objectives.
- Analyze financial data and trends to make informed decisions that positively impact business outcomes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between financial strategies and business objectives.
- Manage cashflows effectively to maintain liquidity and financial stability.
- Implement proactive measures to optimize cash management practices and minimize financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations by developing robust financial procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

**Candidate Requirements:**
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably as a Finance Director or similar position.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles including forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels within an organization.
While knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial regulations is desirable, it is not essential for this role.
