Associate Director, Start-Up

We are currently seeking a full-time remote Associate Director, Start-Up to join our dynamic team at Indero. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of study design, protocol development, regulatory submissions, trial master files management, project management, and more. As an integral part of our team, the Associate Director will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful outcomes of all projects undertaken by Indero.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess experience in Study Design, Protocol Development, Regulatory Submissions, Project Management skills, Trial Master Files Management skills, a strong understanding of Clinical and Medical Monitoring processes, Pharmacovigilance and Data Management expertise. Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within our team. While the ability to work independently and remotely is required for this role, experience in dermatology and rheumatology research would be advantageous. A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Clinical Research or Life Sciences is preferred for this position.
