The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all chain stores in Hong Kong. This includes developing strategies to enhance performance, leading a diverse team of managers and staff, monitoring financial reports, maintaining high standards of quality and service, staying updated with market trends, and contributing to new store openings.
Key Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior management role within the F&B industry
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple outlets and leading teams
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a multi-brand stores or chain restaurant environment.
Strong understanding of Chinese restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control.
