We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our team and support local leadership and consultants across the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for leading forecasting and budgeting, FP&A, WIP and AR management, as well as management reporting. Your main focus will be ensuring financial data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additionally, they should be professionally qualified (CA, ACA (ICAEW), ACCA, CPA) with at least 10 years of experience in Big 4 firms or management accounting within global organizations in the Middle East. Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, as well as modern accounting software like Microsoft D365, SAP/Oracle is essential. Strong written and spoken English skills are also required for effective communication within the team.
