Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Financial Analyst with experience in the Real Estate Sector to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for financial planning, analyzing financial statements, finance, and financial reporting. This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Typical Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Develop and maintain financial models
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations

Qualifications:
- Work experience in a big 4 accounting firm is required
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis
- Proficiency in financial planning, financial reporting, and creating financial statements
- Finance knowledge in the Real Estate Sector is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
