Maintain the safety of the restaurant. Manages assigned operations to achieve goals within available resources; plans and organizes workloads and staff assignments; trains, motivates and evaluates assigned staff; reviews progress and directs changes as needed. Provides leadership and direction in the development of short and long range plans. Communicates official plans, policies and procedures to staff and the general public. Maintains a good, POSITIVE attitude with staff and beach patrons. Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances. Scheduling of beach staff. Managing inventories, maintaining, distributing and requesting supplies as needed. Overseeing the maintenance, cleaning, repair, security and appearances of beach facilities. Attending all departmental meetings as required. Training, motivating and appraising beach staff to ensure highest level of service and safety.
