Essential Duties

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for diverse clients.
Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring tailored solutions.
Manage the sales team, setting goals, and evaluating performance.
Track team performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Align sales strategy with overall company goals.
Develop strategies for clearing, settlement, and market data products.
Cultivate relationships with key clients, including brokers and institutional investors.
Collaborate on strategies with the clearinghouse and market data team.
Represent the exchange at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
10+ years in sales and relationship management in FS, specifically within Capital Markets.
Strong industry understanding and team management experience.
Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Desired Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
