Chief Financial Officer

To support our expansion efforts, we are seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategies and operations of our organization to ensure long-term growth and sustainability. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, managing investments, forecasting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the organization’s financial strategy aligned with business goals.
- Provide financial forecasting and analysis to anticipate future needs.
- Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and optimize financing strategies.
- Identify and manage financial risks such as currency risk and credit risk.
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting including GAAP/IFRS compliance.
- Lead fundraising activities from private sources like venture capital or private equity.
- Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures while negotiating terms effectively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10-15 years of progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
- Previous experience in going public is highly desirable.
- CPA, CFA or similar certification highly desired.
