As the Outlet Manager, you will work closely with the F&B Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the venue. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily activities of the outlet, such as allocating duties to team members, monitoring service standards, managing stock levels, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will also be responsible for compiling rotas, training staff, handling guest requests professionally, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced high-end restaurant. Previous experience with Point of Sale systems is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications. Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a high level of responsibility are essential qualities for success in this role. Additionally, you must be able to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times.
