You will also be responsible for compiling rotas, training staff, handling guest requests professionally, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced high-end restaurant. Previous experience with Point of Sale systems is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications. Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a high level of responsibility are essential qualities for success in this role. Additionally, you must be able to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times.
