We are currently seeking a Senior Investment Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will lead and manage investor relations activities by developing and executing strategies to communicate our financial performance, growth strategy, and market position effectively. You will build strong relationships with institutional investors, regulators, recognized institutes, and retail investors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain credibility in the market.

Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with institutional investors such as mutual funds and large-scale investors through investor meetings roadshows and presentations. You will engage with regulators, stock exchanges, rating agencies, industry analysts, and financial bodies to influence market perception positively. Additionally, you will communicate with retail investors about the company's vision while managing dividend distribution closely with finance.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics or Finance & Accounting (or Engineering with CFA credentials or Masters in Finance), along with at least 5 years of experience in investor relations. Experience in investment banking is preferred. You should possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of investor needs, strategic thinking abilities, financial acumen, and exceptional relationship management skills.
