Planning Manager

We are currently seeking a Planning Manager to join our team and provide essential planning and scheduling support to our Senior Planning Manager, Project Managers, and other project team members. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding work scope, quantities, logical sequencing of construction disciplines, as well as reviewing, analyzing, and monitoring procurement and construction programs of various stakeholders involved in our projects.

As a Planning Manager at RSG, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential delays, coordinating with project managers to ensure project activities align with plans, producing periodic reporting data, progress reports, graphs, and other necessary documentation. Additionally, you will be expected to report risks, opportunities, mitigation strategies to maintain project completion dates effectively.

To excel in this role, candidates must have a minimum of 12-15 years of post-graduate engineering experience in property development or construction environments with expertise in planning or project control functions. Experience in major infrastructure projects is desirable. Proficiency in Primavera planning software along with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint is essential. Excellent organizational skills, analytical abilities, interpersonal skills are required for success in this position.

• Minimum 12-15 years Post Graduate Engineering experience in a planning or project control function, preferably in Property Development or Construction environment.
