As the Finance and Logistics Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial management processes within the organization. Your responsibilities will include managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, as well as monitoring and analyzing financial performance to provide valuable insights to senior management. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

In terms of reporting and analysis, you will conduct in-depth financial analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting to support decision-making processes. By preparing comprehensive reports on financial and logistics performance, you will identify opportunities for improvement and present recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field. An MBA or CPA designation would be advantageous. You should have at least 7 years of proven work experience as a Finance Controller or Logistics Controller in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems is essential, along with advanced Excel and Power-BI skills. Strong analytical abilities, leadership qualities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are also key requirements for this role.
