As the Finance and Logistics Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and supervising financial planning, budgeting, forecasting processes, and analyzing financial performance. You will be responsible for implementing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance while mitigating financial risks. Additionally, overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll functions, and optimizing working capital management strategies will be key aspects of your role.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields. An MBA or CPA designation would be preferred. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience as a Finance Controller or similar role in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems is essential along with advanced Excel and Power-BI skills. Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills are required for interpreting complex data to make strategic recommendations.
