As the Financial Administration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with leadership to shape and implement financial strategies, preparing monthly reports to track spending, supervising budget preparation, coordinating financial data collection across departments, and ensuring smooth daily accounting operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining adequate cash flow, monitoring funding sources, preparing financial statements and bank reconciliations, evaluating financial performance against budgets, and creating periodic reports for senior management.

The ideal candidate for this role will hold a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field, along with at least 10 years of experience in financial management, including 5 years in a leadership role. You should have a strong understanding of accounting practices and financial regulations, excellent leadership skills, proficiency in accounting software and strong computer skills. Effective communication in English is also essential for this position.
