Job Summary
As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's
accounting operations. Your role will involve overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and implementing sound financial controls.
You will play a vital part in maintaining accurate financial records and providing reliable financial insights to support decision-making.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and
regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular financial analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
- Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. SOCPA or CPA certification required.
- Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar accounting leadership role.
- Solid knowledge and Strong understanding of IFRS and other related accounting regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A mindset of continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends, changes in accounting
standards, and emerging best practices in financial management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, present financial information to non-financial audiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
