SUMMARY:



Oversee the financial aspects of HCDP initiatives, focusing on Budgeting, liquidity, contracting, and disbursement processes. Collaborate with portfolio managers to align these initiatives with the overarching goals of HCDP, ensuring strategic financial management and adherence to our objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Strategic Oversight: Supervise and evaluate the liquidity, contracting, and disbursement processes of the program's initiatives, ensuring they align with overarching policies and objectives.
Budget Analysis: Analyze and monitor budgets for initiatives, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources.
Financial Reporting and Insights: Provide comprehensive financial reports detailing the status, challenges, and successes of initiatives. Offer actionable insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Risk Identification and Strategy Development: Identify potential financial risks in initiatives and develop strategic plans to mitigate these risks, ensuring a smooth execution process.
Change Review and Collaboration: Review financial implications of proposed changes in initiatives, collaborate with the Strategy and Performance Department for thorough evaluation and submission.
Dashboard Oversight: Oversee the financial data representation on the Dashboard for all initiatives, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information for tracking progress and achievements.
Support and Advisory Role: Act as a financial advisor, providing support and solutions to various departments involved in the initiatives to address financial challenges effectively.


EDUCATION:



Bachelor of Finance, Accounting, Business. Master’s Degree is preferred.
Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are preferred.

EXPERIENCE:



- Minimum of +7 years of experience.
