**Job Description:**

We emphasize the coordination between field teams and planners to ensure the smooth execution of tasks following strict safety procedures and detailed technical documentation.
As a Site HSE Advisor at Prime Well Services Group in Indonesia, Jakarta, Palmerah, your responsibilities will include identifying workplace hazards, assessing risks, and implementing controls accordingly. You will oversee compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, work permits, and daily safety procedures. Leading toolbox meetings to provide safety guidance before commencing work is also a crucial part of your role.
Moreover, you will review Job Safety Analysis (JSA)/Task Risk Assessment (TRA) from contractors to ensure proper mitigation measures are applied on-site. It will be your duty to record incidents, near misses, conduct initial investigations, and recommend improvements when necessary. Collaborating with operational supervisors to halt unsafe work practices and preparing weekly HSE reports while monitoring audit findings will also fall under your purview.
To qualify for this position, you should hold a minimum of a D3/S1 degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering or equivalent fields. With at least 3 years of experience as an HSE professional in industrial or energy projects, you should possess knowledge of work permits systems like Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), confined space entry regulations, and hot work protocols. Additional value will be given if you hold a General K3 Expert certification or its equivalent.
