As part of our dynamic team, the Maintenance & Reliability position plays a crucial role in developing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, creating work orders with estimated job durations, analyzing equipment failure history for repair recommendations, coordinating spare parts requirements with the warehouse, overseeing maintenance work execution, updating CMMS post-job completion, compiling equipment performance reports, and supporting reliability improvement programs.
The ideal candidate will hold a D3/S1 degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2-4 years of experience in industrial facility maintenance. Proficiency in CMMS systems and job planning is essential. The ability to interpret equipment manuals accurately, analyze breakdown data effectively, coordinate with technicians seamlessly, work well in field settings, and demonstrate proficiency in office applications are also key qualifications required for this role. Skills such as maintenance planning, breakdown analysis, CMMS operation, spare parts management, and technical reporting will be invaluable assets to succeed in this position.
