As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a Maintenance professional to join our team in Indonesia, Jakarta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, creating work orders with estimated durations, analyzing equipment failure history for improvement suggestions, coordinating spare parts requirements with the warehouse, overseeing maintenance work execution, updating the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) post-job completion, preparing equipment performance reports, and supporting reliability enhancement programs.
The successful candidate for this role should possess a D3/S1 degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2-4 years of experience in industrial facility maintenance. Proficiency in CMMS systems and job planning, ability to read equipment manuals, analytical skills in interpreting failure data, coordination skills with technicians, willingness to work in the field environment, and proficiency in office applications are essential requirements. Key skills required include maintenance planning, failure analysis, CMMS usage, spare parts management, and technical reporting.
